Thank you for choosing a PENN&INK N.Y gift card.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before use.

Usage

• This gift card is valid for use in-store only.
  

• The gift card cannot be redeemed online via our webshop.

• The gift card is only valid in the country of purchase.
  
  If you purchased your gift card in our store in Belgium, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Redemption

• The gift card can be used as full or partial payment for purchases in participating PENN&INK N.Y stores.

• If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Non-refundable & Non-exchangeable

• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

Balance

• Any remaining balance will stay on the gift card and can be used for future in-store purchases.
