How to get a return label

1. Go to our online return portal here.
2. Fill in your e-mail and order number #123456 and download your return label.
3. Print the return label.
4. Fill in the return form and place it together with the item(s) you wish to return in a box (e.g. the one you got from PENN&INK N.Y).
5. Stick the return label on the package and bring it to your nearest drop point.

Return policy

• Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date and are €4,95 for BE & NL, all other country's in EU €8 (Norway and Switzerland excluded). Sale items have a return policy of 14 days, counting from the day you receive your order.
• All products must be returned in original condition, with all tags still attached.
• To exchange an item bought online, please return the item and place a new order online.

Returns outside EU + United Kingdom

Switzerland / Norway

• Shipping costs for returns from these countries are not covered by PENN&INK.
• Please follow the instructions below on how to send back your return.
• Take the package to your nearest post office within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. It is your own responsibility to ship the items with track & trace.

Refund

We always aim to handle your return purchase as soon as we can. We refund in the same way we received your payment. In general you should receive a refund within 30 days.
